Common Send/Receive Error Messages

When sending and receiving from IncrediMail, you may encounter an Error Message. These messages are usually not from IncrediMail; they are from your Email Server, or the Recipient's Email Server, and will give you a clue as to why they message was not sent.

To help you correct these issues, IncrediMail has created a list of common errors, and how to fix them. Simply search for your Error Message from the list below, and click on it for a solution!
