If you purchased a code and have not yet received it, please allow ample time for it to be delivered. Because of the Billing Process, this may take up to 24 hours.
If your code does not arrive after 24 hours, please make sure the registration email was not mistakenly sent to your Junk or Spam folder.
If you still have not received your code, it is possible there was a billing issue, or the Email Address you entered when purchasing was written incorrectly.
