Purchase failure usually caused for several reasons so please check them all:
1. First, please make sure that you are using an International Credit Card. We accept the following credit cards (international only):
* American Express
* We also accept most 16 digit debit/credit cards
2. Enter your card number without any spaces or hyphens.
3. If you are using a card that we accept and still encounter an issue during purchase, please contact your bank / credit card company to ensure they are not blocking the purchase attempts.
4. Once you've verified all of the above please try to purchase using a different browser.
Please note that we also offer PayPal as an alternative payment method. To use this option, simply fill out the order form for the IncrediMail product you want, select 'PayPal' and click on 'Next'.
