    I have tried all these and I am still receiving multiple copies of emails

    The second option : installing the latest build of IncrediMail 2.5 worked well for me. I am not receiving multiples copies anymore ( I had more than 1900 emails in the reception box ! ) and the duplicates went automatically.  Thanks !

    Hi Tanya,

    An email client connects to your mail server once your email account is configured in IncrediMail, and downloads all the email messages from the Inbox in the mail server to your computer.

    Please allow IncrediMail to completely finish downloading all messages, and do not stop it manually. Once it has completely downloaded every message, you should then be able to click'Get Mail'and only download your newest messages.

    You may move your emails in the folders in Web-mail before you configure your account in IncrediMail. This way the only email from Webmail Inbox would download to IncrediMail.

    Hi Rohan,

    Incredimail 2.5 is based on online. I checked it, i am facing many problem.

    Incredimail 2 is a nice platform for mail. I want it repair.

    No upgrade.

    Have you any solution?

    Not sure if related, but we are receiving emails back in the inbox once deleted. Can remove emails from ISP they stay gone, but upon receiving and deleting emails again from Incredimail, the issue starts again. The fix on this page was installed, but makes no change. Issue was noticed shortly before this page was posted.

    Same issue here.  none of the solutions above corrected the problem.  Sure would be helpful if we could  "TALK" to a support person.
