In order to access your Email Account from more than one computer, two Email Clients installed on one computer, or from IncrediMail and your webmail simultaneously, you will need to leave a copy of your messages on the server.
To use this feature, please first install IncrediMail and set up your Email Account on each computer.
Please Note: For mobile devices, you will have to set up the 'Leave copy on server' option on your mobile device as well. For more assistance, contact that company's Customer Support.
After installing IncrediMail, please do the following:
- In the IncrediMail main window, click the 'Tools' menu (marked below in red) and select 'Email Accounts…' (marked in blue).
- Select your email account and click 'Properties' (marked in red).
- Select the 'Advanced' tab (marked in red) and check the 'Leave a copy of messages on server' check box (marked in blue).
Please Note: To temporarily leave a copy on the Server, make sure 'Remove from server after '#' days' (marked below in green) is also checked, and fill in the appropriate amount of days.
Please follow Steps 1 through 3 for each computer, or program, you are using!
