To import your Email Account settings from another Email Client (such as Outlook or Windows Mail):
- Click the 'Tools' menu (marked in red) and then select 'Email Accounts…' (marked in blue).
- Click 'Add' (marked in red). If your Account is already listed, first choose your Account and then click 'Remove' (shown in blue) before clicking 'Add'.
- Select your Account from the list, and click 'Finish'.
