To protect your personal messages, you may assign a password to your IncrediMail Identities. Simply do the following:
- In the IncrediMail main window, click the 'Tools' menu (marked below in red), scroll down to 'Identities' (marked in blue) and select 'Manage Identities...' (marked in green).
- In the 'Manage Identities' dialog, select the Identity you wish to edit and click 'Properties' (as marked below in red).
To establish a password, do the following:
- Click the 'Require a password' checkbox (as marked in red below) - the 'Enter Password' dialog will automatically appear.
- In the 'Enter Password' dialog, enter your desired password (as marked in red below), making sure to enter exactly the same both times, and click 'OK' (marked in blue).
