How long does my Subscription last?
IncrediMail currently offers the Gold Gallery subscription as a Yearly Subscription, which will be automatically renewed each year, so you will never have to worry about your subscription running out, and can cancel the auto-renewal at any time.
Please Note: If you purchased a Gold Gallery Lifetime subscription in the past, it will never expire.

Can I register Gold Gallery on multiple computers?
You may use your Gold Gallery on up to three personal computers at one time.
You should remove your code from any computers you no longer use, or before formatting your computer, in order to reuse it on your new computer.
What is the Risk-Free Trial?
The Risk-Free Trial Period for all IncrediMail products is 30 days.
This means that you can purchase the product, and try it out for 30 days. If, during the 30 days, you are not completely satisfied, please notify us and we will refund your purchase.
How do I request a refund?
If you have placed an order with IncrediMail, and you are still within your Risk-Free Trial period, simply reply to the Email you were sent with your Registration code, and explain that you would like a refund.
