How do I register (or remove) my License on my new computer?
To register your IncrediMail registration code, simply click the 'Help' menu (marked in red) and select 'Enter Registration Code...' (marked in blue).
Please make sure your code is entered exactly as it was sent to you. Your Code is a set of letters and numbers, for example:
Once your License is registered, you can view it by clicking the 'Help' menu (marked in red) and select 'Licenses' (marked in blue).
In this dialog, you will see all Licenses you have registered.
Error Messages during Registration:
If you are unable to register and see an Error Message, please click here for Registration Assistance.
Code Registration - Your code may not be registered, and therefore IncrediMail does not recognize it.
Browser - If you are having difficulty downloading in any browser besides Internet Explorer, you will need to try first in Internet Explorer. If downloading from Internet Explorer also does not work, it will need to be reset.
Administrator Privileges (Error: "Oops!" Please download IncrediMail) I- f you do not have Administrator Privileges for your Windows User, this will prevent you from downloading.
